Magic Bus is seeking a passionate and community-driven Livelihood Officer – Mobilization to lead outreach and onboarding activities across 4–5 clusters. The role involves mobilizing 750 youth and adults, guiding them through digital engagement platforms, conducting need assessments, and supporting their journey into meaningful work or further training.
Lead mobilisation drives with support from Community Resource Persons (CRPs)
Develop outreach plans and enrol eligible youth and adults on the digital platform
Facilitate orientation and end-to-end digital onboarding
Conduct household-level need assessments and career counselling
Help youth identify career pathways and transition into jobs or skilling programs
Engage and retain youth and adults throughout their journey
Identify risks for dropouts and ensure continued participation
Coordinate with programme teams at district and regional levels
Maintain accurate records and contribute to program reporting
Act as a role model in all interactions with programme participants
Minimum 12th Pass; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience working with youth or disadvantaged communities
Familiarity with career counselling, need assessments, and vocational pathways
Basic computer skills (MS Office, online navigation)
Experience engaging with community stakeholders, families, and local institutions
