We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Placement & Partnership Officer to build strong networks with employers, training partners, and educational institutions. The role is central to ensuring youth placed through the Magic Bus Livelihoods Program are supported in securing and sustaining work or education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage partnerships with employers, training institutes, and colleges

Support youth through mock interviews, career counselling, and job-readiness sessions

Facilitate placements in jobs, vocational courses, or higher education

Organize job fairs, exposure visits, and guest lectures based on market needs

Monitor youth progress during training and after placement for up to 6 months

Ensure effective referral systems and follow-up with partner organisations

Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality of placement services

Maintain and report data aligned with program outcomes
