Senior Manager, Child Oriented Policing Program, Bihar

What we expect :
We are looking for a Senior Manager, who will :
- Lead and manage the program across 3 Districts by developing, implementing, and evaluating them to fulfil the objectives established for the state.
- Ensure operational excellence by working closely with the state team members
- Take a lead on Program Management - creating project plans, overseeing program implementation, tracking progress.
- Liaison with all stakeholders and provide ongoing support to the state team
- Build relationships with district level officials.
- Support the ongoing program evaluation within the state
- Ensure quality of trainings on ground and adherence to identified training needs
- Advocate for broader impact with district/state officials.
What we expect:
8+ years of work experience,
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Working knowledge on the thematic areas of child safety and protection will be an added advantage
Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar
