Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Administrative Front Desk executive with 2 - 3 years of experience to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide assistance.
Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
Assist with office supply management and equipment maintenance.
Handle client inquiries and requests in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage HR-related inquiries external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with event planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in an receptionist or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
