Role Name: Senior Sales Manager (Private Schools)

What we are looking for 

iDreamCareer is India’s largest career navigation company that offers its program to India’s top private schools. It currently works with over 200+ schools across India. It aims to scale up its program to 1,000+ private schools in the next two years and for this purpose its scaling its school outreach team in  Bangalore region 

The role will require developing new relationships, managing existing relationships with private schools. The role will require traveling for business development across different geographies. This role is a full-time job role in our core team based in Bangalore. 

Responsibilities 

  • Connecting with private schools for offering iDreamCareer products
  • Knowledge on market opportunities with schools, driving new business, and expanding on a base of existing customers.
  • Focusing on new business development
  • Managing relationships with existing clients and increasing revenue from them.
  • Liaison with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Conducting regular school meetings (at least 2 per day).

Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in private schools onboarding and sales process
  • Experience of selling education products to private schools
  • Preference will be given to candidates who would have a strong network and an existing partnerships with schools in Maharashtra, Karnataka region. 

Remuneration: Industry Standard basis experience
