Program Executive, Holi Bajoli, Chamba HP
GMR Varalakshmi Foundation (GMRVF) is the corporate social responsibility arm of the GMR Group. It takes up activities with communities around the projects taken up by the Group. The thrust areas of its activities include: Education, Health, Hygiene and Sanitation, Empowerment and Livelihood.
GMRVF is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Program Executive based in Holi Bajoli, Chamba HP for its Hydropower based project
Essential competencies and Responsibilities:

S/he should be able to implement the programs in the field and ideate new initiatives of community level interventions in thrust areas

Coordinate programmatic partnerships at field level and handhold a team of community volunteers

Maintain an effective communication network, build strong relationships and liaison with community stakeholders and partners

Documentation and Reporting of all community programs, prepare MIS, other reports including half-yearly and annual reports

Essentially pro-active and result-oriented
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Master’s in Social Work or any other relevant discipline, with about 4 to 5 years of experience in a CSR organization or reputed NGO
-
Ability to work in a team and excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and Hindi are mandatory.

Experience in working in hilly terrain and agriculture based projects will be an added advantage
-
Readiness to travel and undertake field programs is important.
