Application for the position of Project Coordinator for Gramin Vikas Trust, HO, NOIDA  

  1. Project Planning and Implementation:
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of project activities in accordance with established plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Compile and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  • Generate timely and comprehensive reports on project progress for internal and external stakeholders.
  1. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, partners, and beneficiaries.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from stakeholders and provide necessary information.
  • Support the organization's efforts in building and maintaining positive relationships with project partners.
  1. Logistical Support:
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
  • Assist in the procurement of project-related materials and services as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for project staff and stakeholders.
  1. Technology Skills:
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt and learn new software tools and technologies as required.
  1. Qualifications:
  • Graduate from any field or preference will be given to MSW candidates. Proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  1. Other Requirements:
  • Must have a personal laptop for work purposes.

Willingness to travel as required for project-related activities

Experience:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience of working in development sector

Salary – Rs. 25,000 – 30,000/- per month

Communication skills in English must

Gramin Vikas Trust

  • GVT is a National Level Organization established in 1999 by Krishak Bharti Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) for bringing about a sustainable improvement in livelihood of the poor and marginalized communities, especially, the tribal population including women. Working since 1992 under the aegis of KRIBHCO, GVT has managed projects costing Rs. 111 crore during 1992-2006. Until 2005-06, it was directly funded by DFID. It is run as a trust; overseen by a Board of Trustees, which includes two Directors from Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers.
