Assistant Manager / Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation
Reporting to: Deputy General Manager
Location: Nashik or Raigad district in Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities:
• Development of strategies/ protocols/Standards etc. related to data management.
• Keep the track of validated data flow on regular basis among different program verticals with specific focus on generating cohort of HHs/ Individuals benefitted through organization programs.
• Monitor the data quality by aligning output with program validation and goals.
• Undertake regular field visit for data quality monitoring and provision of feedback for improving quality of data.
• Support the team in conducting program reviews and develop presentations and reports!
• Consolidate the finding of analysis and prepare technical report / annual reports documents.
• Organizing trainings and capacity building workshops for field
• staff on Data management.
• Take up any other work assigned by reporting manager.
Educational Qualification
Postgraduate/ Graduate degree in Statistics/ Population Sciences/ Demography/ Other allied Sciences.
Additional Skills
- Good knowledge & skills of statistical packages for data management including MS
- Intermediate to advance skills in Excel data management desirable.
- Exposure to backend data management on IT platforms and logical understanding of
- data flow is desired.
- Working knowledge and exposure to development of data input forms on systems like
- ODK/ Survey CTO /Dima Gi /CRM / salesforce etc. is highly desirable
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of proven experience working in research and analysis with a social organization or FMCG company
