Job Description – Senior Data Analyst

LOCATION - Delhi

PROFILE

A Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications or B.E/ B. Tech or other relevant subjects
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in database management with in-depth understanding of different portals/ systems in skills ecosystem in India (Additional years of experience of managing different MIS/database systems is desirable specifically with training partners or other TVET partners)
Experience of conducting data quality assurance by defining the right processes and managing automation/upgradation for seamless reporting
Experience in designing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan & Log framework that are best suited to the problem and the desired outcomes
Strong communication skills to build consensus and alignment across teams with different goals, functions and initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakholders
Good Technical skills with knowledge of analytical tools, methodologies, and designs

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate should be able to -

Drive database management across all projects
Engage with external stakeholders like NSDC, MSDE, State depts. etc for addressing project level requirements.
Drive API integration with external systems.
Perform in-depth analysis of data tracked through existing databases to generate actionable insights regarding the program.
Ensure all operations data is obtained and published timely to enable data-based decisions on key performance areas like learning outcomes, placement rates, retention rates etc.
Create visual and analytical reports that depict data in an easy-to-understand format, along with useful analysis and insights to support strategic and operations decisions
Monitor the database and work closely with the field coordinators in the field to ensure accurate input of information.
Ensure that Donor & Training Partners accounts are up-to date.
Work on improving existing systems to make it more robust and up to date in line with the ecosystem.
Overall process monitoring & highlighting it to concerned authority on timely basis in case of any violation/discrepancy
