This position will provide support to the grant and partnerships team in Gurugram

Reporting to: Senior Manager - Grant Management & Partnerships
Duties & Responsibilities:
Grants Management:
Support the Senior Manager and Manager- Grant and Partnership in administration of all aspects of the grant management process.
Update and Maintain database, files and records related to partner projects. (Electronic and paper files)
Record and maintain receipts received from Grantees on the funds received in a folder.
Keep track of quarterly reports received from partner NGOs.
Keep track of financial reports received from the partner NGO.
Assist the program team with producing reports including grant activity reports, disbursement reports.
Support Grant and Partnerships staff with administrative tasks related to compliance, generating grant documents, and grant agreements and grant checks.
Manage the beneficiary data received from Partner NGO, and complete data entry for sharing with MEL team.
Administrative:
Acquiring and retaining contact information database
Assist with seeking information from partner NGO for social media updates and annual report production.
Assist the Grant and partnerships team in sending reminders to the partner NGOs for timely submission of reports.
Coordinate and set up meetings and conference calls, assist with event set‐up, maintain the office calendar, for Partner’s meet, capacity building of partner NGOs and Webinar
Provide administrative support for Grant and partnerships staff, including photocopying, collating, scanning, mailing, scheduling, note taking, filing documents, and handling all incoming and outgoing correspondences such as mail.
Support the Grants and Partnership program team in coordinating with finance team for timely review of financial reports.
Follow up with partner NGOs on feedback given by Finance team for compliance and finalization of financial reports.
Coordinating with partner NGOs for providing timely beneficiary data under the supervision of Grant and Partnership Team.
Assist supervisor & program team for assigned any other task.
Other Indicative Require
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
Master’s degree will be preferred.
Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.)
Overall, 2-3 years of experience in related field.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Some experience working collaboratively as part of a small team
Strong computer skills, including experience maintaining a database. Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access); familiar with Survey Monkey Portal.
Knowledge of and interest in philanthropy
Working days and Timings - Monday - Friday
Timings – 09:00 am to 05:30 pm, 8.5 hours of duty
Salary - INR 5 Lacs Per Annum. (Inclusive of all taxes)
