Admin Associate
GENERAL
Location: Alwar (Rajasthan)
Annual Salary (before TDS): INR 20K – 30K (Max)
1. JOB PURPOSE
The Admin Associate would be mainly responsible for maintaining the offices across the region and other relevant records / registers, upkeep of assets and vendor management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Assisting Regional HR in new joining formalities, induction and orientation and other HR Operations at project office.
· Checking & verification of Bills and Expenditures.
· Project office administration
· Charting comparatives, Purchase/work orders and vendor management
· Maintaining asset checklists, its upkeep across the region
· Data analysis of fuel management and medicine management across the region
· Provide admin support to the regional office in setting up of field offices
· Support logistic arrangement for Travel, Meetings and Workshops.
· Regular follow up with consultants and vendors for timely submission of Bills and Reports.
· Maintenance of all the offices and premises.
· Liaison between Regional office and other Field offices in the region on admin matters, providing advice and support.
· Maintaining and updating administrative files with necessary confidentiality where required.
· Organizing interviews and providing support to selection panel in the organization of evaluation and recruitment procedures.
· Carrying out any other duties that may reasonably or exceptionally be required to ensure the smooth operation of organisation’s work, such as substituting for absent colleagues, carrying out other administrative tasks, etc.

Educational Qualifications
● Graduate in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy/Finance and at least 2-3 years of experience in Book Keeping and Accounting.
Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.)
● Efficient in handling accounts through tally software and computer proficiency (particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel).
● Preference will be given to those having experience in NGO or development sector. Prior working in organization having FC fund would be an advantage.
● Must be able to adhere to deadlines.
● Good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi are required.
● Must be comfortable in a highly collaborative, consensus- oriented environment.
● The ideal candidate will be creative, highly motivated and able to operate effectively in multidimensional team under pressure.
