Coordination with digital media agency on daily basis for planning and implementation of campaigns and activities.
Take leads from inbound and outbound efforts and traffic coming through web, events, social channels, forums, mails, whatsapp etc.
Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers
Improving the user experience on the company’s website(Includes design, content and usability)
Collecting, evaluating customer feedback data and plan of action accordingly
Content development for website and SNS.
Desired Experience
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelors/PG Degree : Preferably in Marketing, Communications.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing SEO & SEM
