Job description: Our new Sr. Manager / Manager – MLE will join a dynamic team making a difference in the area of impact and evidence. We need a dynamic and highly organized person. The identified candidate will undertake all project activities related to research, monitoring, evaluation & learning. The ideal candidate must be a willing & enthusiastic learner, and have experience in managing a team of researchers in past while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Mandatory requirements:

1. Work experience: 3-7 years with Social Research or Impact Evaluation agencies
2. Skills required:
   • In-depth knowledge of mixed methods, including experimental and quasi-experimental methods applied in impact evaluation domain
   • Good analytical skills e.g. the ability to derive meaningful relationships in the data to draw meaningful insights using quantitative and qualitative analysis software like SPSS/Stata/NVivo/Atlas TI and/or other software packages
   • Efficient user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
   • Excellent written & oral communication skills (English and other languages spoken in India)
3. Sector exposure: Sound knowledge of and direct experience on working with health, nutrition, WASH, Education, Energy and other social sector programming in L&MICs

Qualification:

• PhD / Master’s degree in evaluation, public policy, social work, public health, economics, or other relevant social science field that includes statistical training and experimental methods

Probation period: 6 months. Candidates will be confirmed based on their performance during the probation period.
