Responsible for tracking and updating the key performance indicators of organization’s programs and activities to monitor and examine the progress towards the desired outcomes.
Consolidate, analyze, synthesize and disseminate key programmatic insights with the entire organization monthly, quarterly and annually.
Data provisioning for proposals, meetings, consultations or to any internal stakeholders.
Design various survey tools, support program team in data collection, data analysis and share findings with teams.
Basic understanding of developing a management information system (MIS) for data management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and to develop and maintain strong relationships with other teams·
