Associate - Retail Fundraising
Job Description
We are looking for a retail fundraising (Individual Giving) associate who will be responsible for assisting in and supporting fundraising operations within the retail fundraising team, recording donor activity, and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities:
Oversee processing of donor receipts
Accountable for all day-to-day retail fundraising operations
Communicate with existing/potential donors/volunteers to raise funds
Maintain and update donors' records on fundraising database & systems
Onboarding/hiring fellows and volunteers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Creativity and attention to detail in written communication
Ability to take ownership of routine tasks
Ability to set priorities, multi-task, plan work, and close commitments
Ability to execute day-to-day fundraising operations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Basic data analytics skills
Experience working with a CRM is a plus
Good working knowledge of word/docs, excel/sheets, and presentation/slides is a must
Requirements:
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience: Any graduate or postgraduate
2-3 years of experience in fundraising with NGOs is preferable
Candidates who have worked in Operations/Business Development roles will be given preference
Candidates with volunteering experience in organizations will be preferred

Reporting to: Retail Fundraising Manager
Scope: Permanent Full time
Remuneration: 2.5 Lpa-4Lpa(Negotiable based on candidate’s profile)
