Senior Coordinator – Procurement
A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
This position is responsible for the management of smooth accounting operations of the Company and ensure support to regional and local teams as per Company policies and procedures.
B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
General
Ensures that all procurement related to facilities and equipment are on time and are cost effective.
Liaises with Vertical heads to determine their product and service needs
Manage supplier relationship
Assesses total costs of company purchases and bring in cost/process efficiencies
Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
Review quality of purchased products (key items)
Ensure compliance of purchases in line with policies and procedures.
Oversees a team of purchasing agents
Purchase system
Build and implement purchase module into ERP environment
Ensure all orders are placed from ERP system and inbuilt approval mechanism
Define SLA and KPI in the system
Analytical and KPI management
Produce and maintain all reports & Analytics - including cost analyses
Managing any SLAs (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place
Build Procurement strategy
Researching potential vendors
Vendor evaluations
ABC analysis on procurement vendors

Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
+6 years of post qualification work experience with minimum 3 years in managerial capacity;
Experience of Construction/Agri / veterinary services industry background preferable
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
MBA with Bachelors degree on supply chain management
Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
English and local language (Marahi and Hindi).
Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)
Moderate; willingness to travel at short notice.
