Job Description:
- Assist in the execution of Project related Campaigns for dissemination through print and social media
- Prepare presentations and project reports
- Prepare audio-visual communication material as and when assigned
- Assist in tracking media coverage
- Conduct research to support PR planning
- Draft and distribute content such as flyers, press releases, emailers, etc.
- Communicate with field team to gather stories from the ground to prepare beneficiary impact stories.
- Maintaining Content and Design privacy as per SA’s norms
Requirements
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
- Proven experience as PR assistant or similar position
- Good visualization and creative skills.
- Knowledge of video production and editing
- Working knowledge of design software such as Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
- An analytical mind with attention to detail
- Self-motivated
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in BA/Mass Comm/Architecture (or any stream)
- Graphic Designing
Desired Experience: 0-2 years in the relevant field (In the development sector - Preferred)
