We seeking to hire Manager – Marketing & Corporate Communication in our Communication Department.
Purpose/ Role:
Building & Implementing organizations overall marketing & Communication strategy
Responsibility
- Ideate communication plan for the brand.
- Conceptualize and implement suitable communication material to support fundraising for the brand.
- Collating beneficiary stories from the field staff and refining them for use in donor reports (Ongoing basis)
- Keep Communications channels open with the field team and churn out impactful stories regularly.
- Scripting for programmatic audiovisuals, visit films, meets and special events involving organization donors, Trustees and key dignitaries.
- Planning and Conceptualization of campaigns, collaboration with partners for implementation and working towards making it a success.
- Managing external agencies while running relevant campaigns.
- Creating ATL & BTL communication campaign for awareness building on programmers for community.
- Preparation of collaterals such as Annual Reports, Brochures, Newsletter & Emailers etc.
- Align with peers for social media strategy, content and implementation.
- Support- Coordinate trips for Journalists, Fundraising Event, Award Applications and collaterals for verticals etc.
- Perform other department duties as required.

- Well versed with use of social
- Proficient English and Hindi, Marathi will be a bonus.
Educational Qualification
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Marketing or Communication (Preferred but not mandatory)
Relevant Experience 8-10 years of proven experience in advertising, marketing, communication or Journalism. Preferably from the development sector.
