The Opportunity
We are looking to hire our first Vertical Head for Monitoring and Evaluation. As the leader of the vertical, you will
- Provide technical, theoretical, and strategic guidance for M&E team activities
- Design new processes and strengthen existing processes for quality probes that we conduct
- Build and position M&E offerings as a unique selling proposition to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure lessons learned through M&E processes are integrated into project implementation to continuously improve the quality of interventions and outcomes
- Aid towards building the vertical as a revenue-generating arm of Haqdarshak
- Mentor the team to upskill and develop skills for specialized verticals and cross-selling opportunities like soft selling and research
- Oversee capture of project performance data, including early warnings, baseline, and end-line assessments
You should
-Be excited about working in high growth, impact-driven, social enterprise
-Have prior experience of working in M&E teams in leadership positions
-Be able to understand business strategies and apply the same to tactics in your own vertical
-Be comfortable with data and show the ability to articulate the story behind the data
-Have excellent communication skills
