Key Responsibilities

• Research NGO websites, social media platforms, competitors, and industry trends to identify content opportunities.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, projects, and awareness days.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, WhatsApp Channel, websites, blogs, and fundraising campaigns.
• Plan weekly content formats, including posts, reels, carousel posts, stories, and videos.
• Write captions, blogs, articles, donor appeals, beneficiary stories, campaign content, and video scripts, report writing.
• Create professional and impactful content highlighting organizational projects, CSR initiatives, partnerships, and achievements.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement to improve content performance.
• Develop SEO-friendly website and blog content through proper research and fact-checking.
• Draft fundraising messages, donation appeals, and campaign communication with strong call-to-actions.
• Assist in creating content for reports, presentations, banners, standees, certificates, and event branding materials.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
• Maintain records of content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
• Stay updated with content marketing, SEO, and social media best practices.
