Position: Regional Operations Associate (MSDF) – 3 Positions
Locations: Jaipur, Kolkata, Hyderabad, or Vizag
Experience: 3–7 years
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (22 Months)
Desired Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/MSW/PGDM preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, skilling, NGO, education, or project implementation.
- Prior experience in government skill development projects will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Ability to independently manage operations with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/MIS platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
