✈️ Field Travel: Approx. 15 days/month to intervention districts
???? Experience: 6+ Years
???? Qualification: BSc/MSc Nursing
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of facility-based maternal & newborn care / Quality Improvement
- Minimum 3 years in MNCHN Public Health Programmes
- Strong experience in Nurse Mentoring & Clinical Capacity Building
- Hands-on exposure to Labour Room, SNCU & Newborn Care
- Experience in OSCE / Simulation-based Training
- Knowledge of NQAS, LaQshya, Dakshata & FBNC
- Experience with Government Health Systems & Officials
- Strong Team Supervision, Handholding & Programme Implementation skills
- Odia & English proficiency (spoken and written) mandatory
PREFERRED PROFILE
BSc/MSc Nurse with demonstrated experience in independently driving clinical quality improvement, mentoring, assessments and programme implementation.
