1. Research & write original , high quality content in english on topics related to children's rights,welfare,& advocacy.
2.Develop content for various platforms,including social media posts, articles,reports,press releases, and scripts for videos.
3.Collaborate with other teams to align content with organizational goals & messages.
4.Adapt tone & style to suit different audiences,from general public awareness pieces to formal advocacy content.
5.Stay updated on child-based issues,current events,& social developments to produce relevant & timely content.
Skills & Competencies
1. Proven experience as a Content Writer, copywriter,or similar role.
2.Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in English,Journalism,or a related field.
3.Minimum 5 years of experience in content writing & editing.
4.Good understanding of SEO principles & content optimization techniques will be added advantage.
5.A strong portfolio showcasing published articles & writing styles.
6.Excellent english writing & editing skills.
7.Excellent translation skills ( from Hindi to English)
8.Outstanding Multitasking & Communication skills.
9.Knowledge of laws & regulations relating to child rights and protection focusing on child labour and trafficking,child sexual abuse & child marriage.
10.Should be able to work under strict deadlines & word lengths for different media platforms.
