The organisation, established in 2005, is a leading child rights protection organisation dedicated to combatting child sexual abuse (CSA) and related crimes, including child trafficking, exploitation of children in the digital space, and child marriage.

 Job purpose                                                                                                                                                                     

The Research Associate will be responsible for the tasks related to research undertaken by the ICP. S/he will be required to closely work with the Senior Research Associate.

 Job Description (Role Expectations)                                                                                                                                                                     

The role will entail but not be restricted to, the following responsibilities: Technical

1. Conduct secondary research studies on child rights and child protection issues using multiple data sources

2. Assist in planning and executing primary research studies; developing study instruments in consultation with team; analysis and interpretation of research studies

3. Assisting in developing study protocols

4. Analysis and interpretation of data collated from primary/secondary sources

5. Archive key data from different sources

6. Developing position papers using multiple data sources

7. Work closely with the research team in developing credible partnerships and collaborations with research partners and organisations

8. Prepare regular updates and archive key data from different sources

9. Prepare minutes of the meeting and documentation

10. Perform any other work related responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or head of the research division
