  1. To implement the MIS in  federation offices.
  2. To ensure collection of MF Financial as well as non-financial data of federations -accurately
  3. To develop different formats for data collection and data consolidation at the field level.
  4. To ensure the availability of hardware and software at federation level to implement and monitor data entry.
  5. Build the capacity of federation staff on MIS.
  6. Analyze MIS and other data, prepare district-wise reports on progress, identify critical gaps and disseminate information among stakeholders.
  7. Aggregate all the data collected at the field and prepare consolidated summary reports for the management.
  8. Prepare portfolio reports for the finance team and external stakeholders.
  9. Keeping the Member Register up to date. Participating in the loan distribution process.
  10. Keeping group-wise registers updated. Keeping the stock register updated.
  11. Keeping the data checking register updated. Verifying the authenticity of loan applications.
  12. Preparing cash and bank reports.
  13. Keeping all records related to transactions of Self-Help Groups (SHGs)/Federations updated, such as: cash book, petty cash book, petty expenses register, loan register, SHG-wise ledger.
  14. Issuing receipts to department heads after receiving payments.
  15. Verifying and filing all expense receipts and vouchers incurred by the federation.
  16. Prepare reports staff-wise for the supervising team and HR.
  17. Analyze trends, performance and prepare analytical reports based on factual data for management to address issues and decision making
  18. Analyze qualitative indicators for performance monitoring.
  19. Help in internal learning meetings and action-taken reports.
  20. Design and implement data backup policies
  21. Sharing of information with different stake holders
  22. Prepared MIS training module for smooth operations of mf program
  23. Coordinate all field-level and office-level staff for Data collection and updation.
  24. Maintenance of hardware and software (computers, printers, network equipment) for the institution.
