- Establish systems and processes to achieve project outcomes
- Ensure quality project deliverables including work by active Jankars and pilot strategies for outreach to vulnerable groups (adolescent girls, migrant women, socio-culturally vulnerable women)
- Create awareness about laws for women (school, SHG, federation level, etc.)
- Coordinate with Police Station, Sakhi Centre, DLSA, Protection Officer.
- Raise awareness about legal rights among women at the block (departmental) level.
- Help women understand laws and legal provisions relevant to them.
- Facilitate the formation of Internal Committees under the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act at the school level.
- Plan and conduct awareness sessions in primary schools on the topic of Good and Bad touch and Conduct sessions with boys and girls in schools on the same.
- Identify key issues arising at the department level and plan programs to address them accordingly.
- Facilitate the creation of safe and inclusive platforms at the village or block level where women can openly share their concerns, raise issues, and participate in meaningful discussions.
- Establish and maintain coordination with other institutions and organizations.
- Plan and organize joint programs at the village level in collaboration with these institutions.
- Organize awareness programs at the block level focused on legal provisions and government schemes based on community needs.
- Facilitate discussions on various issues with women based on their needs and concerns.
- Present a structured review of work done at the collective level.
