Responsibilities:

·      Support in developing training and capacity building development modules

·      Continuously ideate and analyse data to improve program delivery and introduce new initiatives

·      Develop trust and bonds with Facility staffs, frontline workers and the community to ensure quality delivery and sustainability of the program

·      Assist in developing capacity building sessions in sector and block meetings.

·      Assist in conducting training sessions for on-field staff- ASHA, ANM, AWW and nurses.

·      Assist in nurse mentoring sessions for staff working in Labour room or maternity wing.

·      Support Program Officer-NMCB where and when required.

Skills and Responsibilities:

·      MSc Nursing from a recognized institute and registered with a competent authority. Prior experience in clinical field of 1-2 years will be preferred.

·      Prior experience in maternity wing or teaching experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.

·      Excellent skills in oral and written communications in Hindi and preferably in English.

·      Someone who is passionate, bubbling with ideas and has the willingness to learn.
