Salary - Maximum Budget 8 Lac CTC per Annum but the offer will be based on the Present CTC.

Brief Understanding

India has among the worst maternal and child health indicators in the world. While technical solutions to many of these problems are known, they face hurdles in getting implemented and subsequently scaled up. The organization in partnership with Government of MP is working towards enhancing the public health system to consistently deliver products and solutions with scale, appropriate speed and quality, backed by supportive policy and funding.

Role Objective:

The organization is working towards Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition in select districts of M.P.. The program is aimed at improving the Maternal Child Health and Nutrition indicators. We invite public health and development sector professionals to be part of this endeavor.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the program design and strategy
• Plan and implement program interventions (supply and demand side)
• Monitor the program routinely
• Maintain and analyze data and plan field visits accordingly
• Coordinate closely with village/block/district government officials to ensure quality delivery of the program
• Extensive field visit on daily basis to different areas of the block based on the requirement
• Perform any other task as and when assigned by the organization

Skills and Qualifications:

• A recognized undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline. Master’s in Social Works (MSW)/Business Administration (MBA)/Rural Management is preferable
• At least 2- 3 years’ work experience in rural development or community mobilization. Experience in Maternal & Child Health and/or nutrition would be preferable
• Experience working with the community will be given preference
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data
• Ability to present information in a structured and insightful manner
• Excellent skills in oral and written communications
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment, with demonstrated leadership, communication, networking and presentation capabilities.
