We are in search of a ‘Recruitment Lead/Coordinator’ who will be responsible for recruiting positions of Fundraising officers, specialists and leadership positions of the organization. He/she has to coordinate with HR Recruiters in fulfilling field staff positions of Fundraising offices across the country.
This position will be based in Bangalore
What will you do?
Fulfill recruitment of all graded and specialists’ roles across the city offices and the head office.
Coordinate with HR Recruiters in fulfilling field staff recruitment.
Contribute to the identification and development of sourcing plans for the organization.
Set up a process to ensure proper documentation – offer letters, documents of new recruits, contracts, new recruit kit, etc.
Develop systems/processes to collect and analyze recruitment data; including data on candidate profiles, staff attrition, feedback surveys on quality of hire, quality of recruitment service etc.
Design a model of engagement for the prospective employees through social media tools.
Develop innovative ways of recruitment which would fit within the budgets.
Implement Employee referral program
Responsible for maintaining data of Recruitment KPI’s.
Liaise with externals in the Recruitment field for temp and permanent staffing solutions.
Identifying and delivering training needs of Recruitment staff.
Support Managers in developing staffing plans for their respective units.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures of Recruitment unit.
Some of the other areas where you will create an impact are:
Take decisions to implement best practices at Screening, Interviewing and Selection processes of Recruitment which impact the recruitment targets and quality of staff.
Takes decisions in determining the best model to source candidates for various roles.
Upgrading Recruitment Process as required.
What will you bring to this job?
A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in recruitment of field-based staff in NGO’s, Sales and Marketing.
Experienced in hiring through a range of recruitment sources appropriate to the role.
Role holder should have the ability to analyze data on a range of parameters affecting recruitment plans, i.e., value of sourcing channel, quality of hire etc.
Experience in handling application tracking tools (ATS), social media tools, job portals
Should be good at writing and speaking in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills as the jobholders works with managers in each city
