Job Description for Accounts-cum-Admin Assistant
Location – One of our intervention districts in Madhya Pradesh (subjective to need)
Roles & responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

Maintain all records like Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

Managing and liasoning with vendors.

Payment follow-up.
-
Stock maintenance.
-
Handling Petty Cash records.
-
Collecting Quotation and issuing Purchase Order as per order.
-
Handling all Administrative work of the office.
-
Knowledge of Banking activities like Cheque clearing/ Cash Deposit, NEFT & RTGS
-
Handling to day-to-day accounting.
-
Knowledge of Tally ERP.
-
Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection, etc.
Skills:

Clear written and oral communication.

Fast learning.
-
Good inter-personal skills.
-
MS Office skills – MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
