Position: Director, Finance & Administration
Location: Delhi, India
Reports to: Country Director
Position Summary:
Establish, implement, and oversee robust administrative and financial policies and procedures in central and state offices
Oversee coordination of procurement of all goods and services
Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of state offices
Oversee management of overall travel and logistics of program staff, procurement and assets management as per organizational policies and processes within state offices
Oversee timely processing of payments, personnel salaries, and submission of expense reports
Work in close coordination with the Program Director and Program Managers in the management and preparation of program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Negotiate, supervise and coordinate vendor contracts and payments across state offices.
Required qualification and experience:
Post-graduate degree with 15 years or more of experience in managing administration and finance in the development sector. Experience in a supervisory operations position within an established international NGO required.
Experienced working in an international cross-cultural environment, successfully serving internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experienced team manager
Experienced in vendor management and contract negotiation
Fluent verbal and written Hindi and English skills
