Position: Program Manager-Tech Incubation (full time, 6 months’ probation period)

- Job Description:
Set up and carry out all processes to identify, select and incubate- incubatees for the technology incubation program. - Ensure strong relationship building and support systems for all incubatees on-boarded within the technology incubation program.
- Analyze financial statements, forecasts and funding requirements of each potential incubatee.
- Define, build and execute partnerships and complementary support programs for the incubation program
- Assist incubatees in the areas of strategy, business plan development, market analysis, registrations, empanelment etc
- Understand requirements of incubates and build a mentoring relationship through creation of a mentor pool.
- Define deliverables, their timelines and monitor progress of incubates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, Government bodies, service companies
- Ensure timely reporting and committee meetings for Independently lead and execute the program, including coordination between multiple teams.
- Understanding and experience on Agri tech entrepreneurship/sector based technology.
- Experience and knowledge of handholding enterprises from ideation to scale-up.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Engineering or Business with a knack for technology and manufacturing related insights, trends and expertise.
- 7-9 years industry experience
- Proven track record of managing large projects
- Founder/ entrepreneur or working for a startup as one of the first few employees is preferred.
- Prior experience at an investment firm, social sector, incubator is preferred.
