Key Roles & Responsibilities:
To conduct structured accounts training in NEST center including training on tax compliance, payroll function, receipt and payment voucher, book credit sales and purchase, preparing financial statements etc. as scheduled
Assist in mobilization and enrollments of the trainees, organize field activities for the purpose of outreaching candidates
To maintain the trainees database time to time on AIF-MIS and upload the relevant supporting documents on timely basis
Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program
Management and support of day to day functions of the training center
Maintenance of trainee records, regular attendance, MIS data and tracking, registration and placement files
Support in placements, guest lectures and visits as and when required
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Key Skills:
1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in commerce/management/finance or related field
2. Four (4) plus years’ previous experience as Accounts executive skills trainer or related positions
3. Skilled in 21st-century employability skills training delivery
4. Well informed of labor market trends, employer needs and best practices in career services.
5. Excellent communication skills –both written and verbal
6. Knowledge of local language (written and spoken)
7. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
8. Networking and negotiation skills
9. Strong presentation skills
10. Openness to students and colleagues from a range of cultures and languages
11. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and can under pressure and disciplined
